Robert A. Miner  -  President/Owner

Robert received his bachelors degree in business from Colorado State University. He has since then recruited over 40 talented professionals to meet the needs of the mechnical insulation and firestopping industries. Robert is commited to employee safety first and requires continuous training of his field staff. Robert has been an industry insider for over 15 years.

Robert made a decision in 2008 to implement emerging information technology solutions to prepare for future growth. He has partnered up with Dell computer corporation to design and integrate these new systems.

In 2009 Robert made another substantial IT investment into computer based estimating systems.

Charles Pope  -  Operations Manager      

Charles (Chuck) is a key player for CMI he oversees 40 to 50 field employees while managing many high profile accounts and handling day to day operations. Chuck has over 15 years mechanical insulation and firestopping experience in the rocky mountain region.

Derek Conway  -  Project Manager                 

Derek brings 15+ years firestopping experience in the rocky mountain region. He currently holds certifications with all major firestop manufacturers. Derek spends his time doing a lot of project analysis design and integration.

Shaina Hickman  -  Assistant Project Manager

Shaina is a bright innovative assistant project manager / market development coordinator for insulation and firestop. She oversees project operations and develops relationships with potential CMI clients.

Priscilla Lawson  -  Administrative Assistant

Priscilla is in charge of accounts payable and payroll. Coming from an accounting software company she brings to CMI her organizational skills, customer service, and knowledge of accounting software. She also assists in daily IT operations. 

Will Fenwick  -  Business Development Manager

Will is our outside sales representative. He helps maintain relationships with our current contracting partners while developing strategies to bring new market opportunities. Will also assists in other departments when he sees the opportunity.

Mike Hicks  -  Field Team Leader

Mike is a valued member of the CMI team. He handles day to day operations in the field and provides quick solutions to issues that occur. He is very effective at keeping projects moving foward while stressing safety first for his team members.
