Quality from Start to Finish

About Us

CMI has a strong history of consistently delivering top-quality performance on schedule, all while tailoring to the individual needs of our clients and within budget.

Our client list includes government agencies, private sector developers, and energy groups. For the past 20 years, CMI has successfully completed thousands of projects in a timely and professional manner.

Our office is staffed with an experienced team of professionals and craft workers. We have demonstrated the ability to remain compliant with federal contracting rules and regulations, and have obtained various levels of security clearance required from specific governmental clients. We carefully screen our employees to provide you with highly experienced insulators that can deliver a superior product.

Committed to Safety

Our top-notch safety program allows us to provide better service for our clients by properly training employees. All employees are required to complete an extensive orientation, and attend certification courses that include First Aid & CPR, Boom/Scissor Lifts, Fall Protection, Asbestos Awareness, and Scaffolds. Each of our employees is required to obtain OSHA 10 hour certification to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

At the start of each week, employees attend a group safety talk outlining the different scenarios and job hazards they can, and will, encounter.  We also have continuous quarterly new hire and all-hands trainings, and our newly-implemented monthly training program is second to none.  Our employees are proud to be the best in their field and our continuous training programs allow us to continually improve and grow even better.
